Nursing Home Report
We are extremely pleased with the pairing of her current roommate, they get along like sisters and keep each other's company well. The kitchen staff is extremely careful to only provide the proper meals for our grandmother's diet, she is diabetic and of course a concern of ours that she might ingest something her body cannot tolerate. Overall, we are please with the look of the facility, the cleanliness of the public areas as well as the private rooms.

Her sheets were not changed for 7 or more days at a time, even after she had accidents while sleeping. My grandmother was not fed properly, if she didn't show up in the dining room, no one bothered to check on her or ask if she would like to have her food delivered to her. My grandmother has dentures and the staff failed to provide food that was acceptable for somone with dentures . My grandmother fell and broke her hip in this facility because after repeated calls for help, the nursing staff ignored her and she had to try to make it to the bathroom on her own.

While the facility has been recently updated and looks good, I am outraged by the care that they provide. The Director of Nurses is incompetent, unprofessional, and always smells like cigarettes. There has been tremendous turnover for the facility's administrator. The current one is very creepy and continually touches himself inappropriately while you are talking to him.

During admissions they staff mad it seem to such and amazing place but a couple days in I'm getting a phone call for the facility saying that she had fell again and fractured a hip! I've been told they're extremely under staffed the head people are rude to the CNAs it's all just bad . I wouldn't recommend ANYONE putting there family members in this facility. The turnover rates high and that should be a example of how this facility is in it self.
